ChillyBox, the world’s coldest lunchbox, came to us as a completely new brand from scratch. The goal was to create a bold and inviting brand from the ground up, including a user-friendly website so customers can easily learn about and purchase the product. It was important that this website be accessible on all platforms and match the other marketing collateral we would later create for online and offline promotion. The whole process started with a brainstorming session to develop a roadmap for a general marketing and ecommerce branding strategy.

To develop an effective consumer marketing strategy, we first had to identify the target audience of ChillyBox: adult workers in the field or on the road, as well as anyone wanting to keep their food items cool for up to 7 hours. We then created an eye-catching logo and catchy tagline that would work well on the product itself, and serve as the centerpiece to all assets we would build in the future – from creating the website to fine-tuning the ecommerce brand to perfecting the brand voice.

After we helped the client finalize the design and available colors of the lunchbox, the next important step was to create compelling and informative videos to advertise across all relevant mediums to promote the product to the right people and allow for direct access to the website. Finally, we designed cohesive collateral – standing banners, product tags, postcards, and business cards for the owner – that would be used in tandem with the videos to promote ChillyBox at trade shows, markets, and other promotional events.

Our comprehensive ecommerce branding strategy, along with other consumer marketing tactics, set ChillyBox up for success for both online and in-person sales. The consistent branding across all promotional channels has facilitated a strong and easily recognizable identity for future marketing efforts.

Toytronics

Toytronics is a small toy e-retailer that needed help with their package design, branding, Amazon store, and web presence. Since our partnership, Toytronics has become the leading seller of Wizard of Oz collectible toys thanks to the client’s passion for their products, our collaboration in developing eye-catching packaging, and a highly functional website. To enhance the brand’s online presence, we connected their online storefront to Amazon, increasing site traffic and driving sales.

Our consumer marketing strategy here began with designing captivating packaging for the entire collection that resonates with Wizard of Oz fans from 5 to 50 years old, maintaining the theme and colors of the 1939 classic film. Ecommerce branding then became a crucial part of the Toytronics strategy, as the client wanted to reach as many potential customers as possible across many platforms.

Toytronics experienced remarkable sales growth – so much so that the client was able to pay out dividends with 6-figure revenue without any formal advertising – due to the enticing packaging and the organic reach on Amazon.
