The Problem
Medical Manufacturing Technologies, better known as MMT, is a large, multinational industry leader in medical device manufacturing. As MMT was acquiring numerous new companies, they found it difficult to achieve two important goals: to generate leads for all the businesses now under their control, and to have brand continuity across all the different companies. MMT approached us to help them solve both problems.

The Solution
The first push was to show that we could generate a volume of quality leads for all the different brands. We deployed specific paid search campaigns for each brand and developed unique landing pages to capture leads for each. The second push was to develop a new website template to be used for all companies, but with consistent branding to help strengthen brand authority and consumer recognition. Strategic Marketing converted and built out all the existing websites, and then optimized them all for search results, as well as for interoperability with CRMs for seven different companies. The goal was to have uniform and consistent branding, with high functioning responsive websites, to ultimately help our lead generation campaigns to perform even better.
The Results
In little over a years’ time, our paid search campaigns have generated nearly 500 leads from around the world in an industry where the average machine can cost $100,000. And in less than a year, we have completed the website conversion project, bringing all seven sites to new WordPress formats that maintain brand consistency with the parent company, MMT. The CRMs were integrated from across all websites to a single interface that then distributes leads to the appropriate people at the appropriate companies. This project was a massive undertaking, and it is one of the achievements we are most proud of.
